Yes, it's your website and we maintain access to the backend of your website for you. This can be via a WordPress login or if you need advanced access we an also organise it.

Getting technical, the short answer is yes we can use a content delivery network in orderr to maximise the accessiblity of your websites by your cusomters. 

We bill once a year for 12 months up front, it makes things simple for everyone. If you do need a monthly then we can arrange this using one of our payment systems to automatically debit your card or account. This usually comes with an additional fee.

We have servers in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. These are usually optimised for their usage giving them memory optimisation or CPU optimised capability. 

If you have hosting with someone and prefer to keep management and hosting separate that is fine but our experience is that this costs the customer more money. If you have entered into a contract and are within 6 months of it's completion we'll move your site and sync your next bill with when your provider would have charged ou next.

This is a case by case basis but 99% of websites are migrated for our customers free of charge. They need to do nothing other than provide us a couple of small details adn we'll do the rest.

Within 24 hours you'll get a response from us to fix your website problems or maintenance work. If the work is 5 minutes or less we'll often do these for free while anything more we'll charge for our time. 

No, all your backups are included, we use Wasabi cloud to store these and have a set retention period depending on the site from 30 days to 90 days. Backups are usually weekly and are within the AU/NZ region.

We're very hardcore when it comes to security and firewalls. We maintain a hardware firewall at the server location. A layer of protection using what's called a 7G protection on the server files. No application is accessible to SFTP unless this is explicitly set to a known incoming IP address. We also maintain crowdsourced information on blocking bots and other malware using tools like WordFence and Crowdsec. Lastly, unlike most hosting we also set XMLRPC to off and modify your headers for no-sniff and cross domain protection. There's more and we can talk about these if you're interested.
